Clear details before dispatch
Know what to expect.
Here’s how dispatch works, including what you’ll need to accept before a crew mobilizes.
An Emergency Dispatch Fee is required and must be accepted before Freedom mobilizes an emergency pumping crew.
Normal business hours
$295
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
After hours
$450
Nights, weekends & holidays
Normal business hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Freedom-observed holidays. Other times are considered after hours unless otherwise stated in the accepted service order.
Credited toward your completed service
When Freedom completes the authorized emergency service, the dispatch fee is credited toward the applicable completed service charge. It is not automatically added on top of the pumping bill, and it is not a quote for the total service cost.
Call to discuss your location and pumping needs. Calling does not authorize crew mobilization; the Emergency Dispatch Fee must be accepted first.

Start with a conversation
Here’s how to get help.
Tell Freedom what is happening.
Let the team know whether you need septic or grease pumping. Share your service address, what you’re experiencing, and any known access restrictions, and explain that the situation is urgent rather than a routine appointment.
Review the details together.
The applicable Emergency Dispatch Fee must be accepted before crew mobilization. Ask Freedom about response timing for your location and situation; no specific arrival or response time is guaranteed.

Helpful answers
A few things to know.
Is this service for septic or grease pumping emergencies?
Both. Freedom provides 24/7 pumping help for septic tank and grease trap emergencies across the seven Virginia counties listed above. Tell the team which type of system needs service when you call.
Can I request pumping at night or on a holiday?
Yes. This service is for urgent pumping situations that require an emergency response outside normal scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Is the dispatch fee an extra charge on top of pumping?
No. When Freedom completes the authorized emergency service, the dispatch fee is credited toward the applicable completed service charge. The $295 and $450 amounts are dispatch fees, not total pumping prices.
Does 24/7 service mean a guaranteed arrival time?
No. You can request emergency pumping around the clock, but a specific arrival or response time is not guaranteed. Discuss response timing with Freedom when you call.
