We had a large leak in the pipe bringing water from the main into our house. I had used Freedom Plumbers in the past on a major job and they performed admirably.

This time Ricky was out in a day to assess, document everything that needed to be done and explained the entire process. Lilia in the office kept us apprised of schedules, time frames and made sure we had complete information.

Hard working and professional crew completed all the work in a day. We had to wait a day for county inspection, but that was successfully completed and then backfill and wrap-up in one morning.

I feel like the price was reasonable for the scope of the work and definitely feel like everything was done to the highest standards.

Hopefully we never have another major problem. However, if we do we will go with Ricky and his team again.

This is my second time using Freedom Plumbers, first for septic tank float repairs and just now for a clogged drain. These guys are honest, quick, and knowledgable.

While most plumbing companies will rip you off (MyPlumber)…Freedom will solve your problem and earn their dollars.

We have been trusting Freedom for about 5 years now. We recently had our septic system inspected by them and found that our distribution boxes needed to be replaced. They provided a detailed explanation including pictures, and fair price to replace the boxes. They had the boxes in stock so replaced very quickly for us. Wonderful company to work with!

I’ve been using Freedom Plumbers and Pumpers to service my septic tank. The office does an excellent job of communicating. The pumpers are pleasant and professional. They take pictures of the filter and discuss what they saw inside. I’ve been using them for the last 2 pump-outs and for filter cleaning in-between. Great service.

The techs on sight were efficient, took photos, and educated me on ways to look for future potential issues so I know when to call and ask for help. They also have a preventive maintenance program where they will contact me to schedule future maintenance. Freedom Plumbers is a great organization.
